What is a Health Coach?
A health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority helping clients feel best through food and lifestyle changes by engineering individual wellness programs to fit their clients' needs.
What do I do specifically?
I'm not a doctor, therapist, nutritionist, counselor, or trainer. I am a healthy lifestyle coach. Together, we set daily, weekly, and monthly goals to improve your life balance. I am here to hold you accountable and support you in becoming the best version of you. It is 100% up to you to decide and implement change.
What makes a Health Coach unique?
Relationships, exercise, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person. Wellness is not just about "exercising" or "eating right." It's about a healthy balance of all dimensions: physical, emotional, spiritual, social, intellectual, vocational, and environmental.
How am I different from everyone else?
*Nutritionists give you a list of foods to eat and a list of foods to avoid. Most people already know this, but they haven't been able to actually do it.
*Therapists don't typically provide clear action steps or address food in relation mood.
*Doctors don't generally address the root cause of the symptoms but instead prescribe a pill or other quick fix.
*Health Coaches address the root cause and guide clients in holistic healing, addressing all areas of life.
