 Payments

• first time student

  • payment for the week is required on Monday each week during the program 

• refreshers

  • you must pay for your refresher lessons at least a week ahead of time​

  • packages are available (buy four get one 50% off or buy nine get one free)

• online payment options

  • Venmo - no additional charge​

  • PayPal or credit card - 5% additional charge

• there will be a $10 charge for each day payment is late

Cancellations

• there is no refund for a same day cancellation

• for same week cancellation, you will receive a 50% credit for the lesson that was cancelled 

• if you need to reschedule a lesson it needs to be within the same week of the original lesson and it must be rescheduled at least the day before, otherwise it will count as a same day cancellation

• if a lesson has to be cancelled due to weather, you will receive a credit for that lesson if rescheduling is not possible

 

Scheduling

• if you would like to schedule lessons with specific dates and times in advance there will be a deposit required

• the deposit will equate to half the price of all the lessons you wish to schedule​​

• the lessons will not be put on the calendar until the deposit has been received

• remaining payment will be required each Monday the week of lesson(s)
